The Farmhouse & Gite
Patio Areas
There are 3 terraces, one of which is a huge covered veranda with seating for up to 20, as well as comfortable sofas and sun loungers around the pool to soak up the sun.
Gardens
The farmhouse sits in a large garden, perfect for games and walking. There is a hammock overlooking a wild flower meadow and fruit trees to pick when in season.
Kitchen
The property has two kitchens, the main one with a large dining table to seat 14-16, two fridge freezers and two dishwashers making catering for larger groups a breeze. The main kitchen is stocked with all cooking equipment, double ovens and an air fryer, as well as a gas BBQ on the veranda.
Pool
The 12m x 6m heated salt water pool is one of the main attractions! Set across the back of the house and just a few steps down from the verandas, it is visible from most rooms of the house. There is a fully retractable electric cover for child safety and lighting for night time dipping.
Gite
The farmhouse has a separate gite which is adjoined to the main house and is all on ground level - ideal for elderly and less able guests. The gite has two large bedrooms, a large bathroom, kitchen with an open plan lounge, pool table, large TV with Playstation and Xbox, and doors to private patio.
Children
The farmhouse is perfect for little ones. It comes equipped with a highchair, plastic crockery and a selection of kid's books and toys. There is a safety cover for the pool.

Mas due Pech is located in stunning lot-et-Garonne department of South West France
Monflanquin
The stunning bastide town is widely regarded as one of the most beautiful in the region. With restaurants, cafes and shops, it is situated only a 5 min drive from the farmhouse.
River Lot
With the rivers Lot and Dordogne close by, there is so much to do - from canoeing, swimming or taking part in a paddleboard safari, or gentle boat trips exploring the surrounding area and local historic villages
Food and Drink
Known for it's outstanding regional wine and cheese, you will have the opportunity to discover all of the local delicacies. Markets run everyday in the nearby villages and in the summer there are 'Night Markets' where everyone gathers for an outdoor dining experience eating food cooked and sold from stands - usually accompanied by live bands.

Bedrooms
There are six double/king bedrooms, and one bedroom dedicated to children with three single beds, across both the main house and adjoining gite. The double/king bedrooms sleep at least two people, with most sleeping three or four with extra beds. The main farmhouse has five bedrooms set over two floors which all have air conditioning, and the gite has two large bedrooms also with air conditioning. There are two ensuite bathrooms and two further large family bathrooms with another separate WC.
Amenities
In addition to the pool there is a pool table, table tennis set, badminton net, swing, hammock and huge gardens to explore. The house is set back from the road and sits amongst a beautiful hazelnut forest
Rates
During the peak Summer months we welcome guests for a minimum of 7 nights - Saturday to Saturday. All other remaining months can be booked for a minimum of 3 nights. Please enquire for weekly and nightly rates.
One set of bed linen per bed, bath towels and pool towels are provided per stay. There is a damage deposit of £500 required the day before arrival and a cleaning and linen surcharge.
